NYT Wrong On Public $$$ In Political

    Funny thing that politics can create hypocrisy on both ends of the political spectrum both on the far left extremes and to the right when it comes to public fianancing of political campaigns.With the left getting the bulk of their money from the usual suspects e.g. big labor unions and the whackos from the fully frauded environmentalists and the Republican establishment not obviously supporting the correct candidate throughout this years primary season in supporting former Gov.Mitt Romney (RINO-Ma) for their Presidential nominee.
  This brings me to this mornings New York Times second lead OPED "An Idea Worth Saving" which turns out to be one not worth saving on the touchy subject public financing of political campaigns.We know what happened after the 2008 GOP nominee failed RINO US.Sen.John McCain did by taking public $$$ it ruined him against now President Barack HUSSEIN Obama.
  It begins "Public financing of presidential elections, the greatest reform to come out of the post-Watergate era, died this year after a long illness. It was 36 years old, and was drowned by big money and starved by the disdain of politicians who should have known better.From 1976 until 2008, every major-party presidential candidate took public money for the general election, adhering to spending limits that significantly reduced the influence of money on American elections."
  As I stated in the opening  on the point on hypocrisy especially with the left and the NYT always mentioning the rich right wing donors but not the unions effects and their dirty $$$ but this all really effects the first amendment freedom of speech and the controversial Campaign finance reform that was passed it came back to bite McCain in his ass.
  Here are some of the excuses that the NYT points out to be in favor of public financing of political campaigns "Ronald Reagan could not have challenged President Gerald Ford for the Republican nomination in 1976 without accepting public dollars. The system also made campaigns possible for such diverse candidates as Jimmy Carter (1976), George H. W. Bush (1980), Jesse Jackson (1988) and Pat Buchanan (1992), all of whom had essentially run out of cash against opponents with much more money."As I said just BS excuses.
  This is also funny the NYT trying to point "There is nothing conservative or liberal about public financing"  if it isnt wh yis the NYT pushing it down all of our throats.
 
 

NYT/Kristoff Does Not Respect Religion Especially Christianity

    What a stupid column to have on Ressurrection Sunday a day when we celebrate new life the NYT assault on religion continues.Now the assault comes in the usual left wing cover all to be politically correct andthe NYT CYAing itself.

    The title of NYT OPED columnist Nicholas D.Kristoff is "Learning to Respect Religion" sounds like a nice piece on Easter Sunday to promote "kumbyah" but is a line of crap.

    It begins "A FEW years ago, God seemed caught in a devil of a fight.Atheists were firing thunderbolts suggesting that “religion poisons everything,” as Christopher Hitchens put it in the subtitle of his book, “God Is Not Great.” Sam Harris and Richard Dawkins also wrote best sellers that were scathing about God, whom Dawkins denounced as “arguably the most unpleasant character in fiction.”Yet lately I’ve noticed a very different intellectual tide: grudging admiration for religion as an ethical and cohesive force.

   Our Creator is always in a fight against the likes of the NYT because they don't stand for the truth the NYT is its own God.I love it how Kristoff always goes back tho their bread and butter "the intellectuals typical liberalism from the left.

   The rest of Kristoff's babble talks about religions on communities and reverts back to college elites for BS filled answers to religion instead of focusing on God anything to put down faith based organizations and those who want to do the Lord's work.

NYT Defines Roberts High Court

   Well we know whats has been the main story coming out of our nations capitol this past week the US Supreme Court and its ruling on the Constitutionality of Obama Care.Well this mornings second lead OPED in the New York Times is trying to define the High court just by their ruling on Obama care.
   The rant begins "For anyone who still thought legal conservatives are dedicated to judicial restraint, the oral arguments before the Supreme Court on the health care case should put that idea to rest. There has been no court less restrained in signaling its willingness to replace law made by Congress with law made by justices.This should not be surprising. Republican administrations, spurred by conservative interest groups since the 1980s, handpicked each of the conservative justices to reshape or strike down law that fails to reflect conservative political ideology.

When Antonin Scalia and Anthony Kennedy were selected by the Reagan administration, the goal was to choose judges who would be eager to undo liberal precedents. By the time John Roberts Jr. and Samuel Alito Jr. were selected in the second Bush administration, judicial “restraint” was no longer an aim among conservatives. They were chosen because their professional records showed that they would advance a political ideology that limits government and promotes market freedoms, with less regard to the general welfare."

  Well excuse me NYT what do you think a liberal led court would do last I knew liberalism/socialism is not good for as the NYT put it "general welfare" the NYT trying to sound Constitutional.

 All this because Obama care is on the table on the courts docket this week.It needs to be ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL period NYT read the Constitution you will understand oh wait thats right you cannot properly interpret the Constitution and if you did you would try to form and shape it into a shape to fit your warped political ideology.

It's all about race

If it had been a white teenager who was shot, and a 28-year-old black guy who shot him, the black guy would have been arrested.
So assert those demanding the arrest of George Zimmerman, who shot and killed Trayvon Martin. And they may be right.
Yet if Trayvon had been shot dead by a black neighborhood watch volunteer, Jesse Jackson would not have been in a pulpit in Sanford, Fla., howling that he had been "murdered and martyred." Rep. Hank Johnson would not be raging that Trayvon had been "executed." And ex-Black Panther Bobby Rush would not have been wearing a hoodie in the well of the House.
Which tells you what this whipped-up hysteria is all about.
It is not about finding the truth about what happened that night when Zimmerman followed Trayvon in his SUV, and the two wound up in a fight, with Trayvon dead.
It is about the exacerbation of and the exploitation of racial conflict.
And it is about an irreconcilable conflict of visions about what the real America is in 2012.
Zimmerman "profiled" Trayvon, we are told. And perhaps he did.
He saw a male. And males are 90 percent of prison inmates. He saw a stranger over 6 feet tall. And he saw a black man or youth with a hood over his head.
Why would this raise Zimmerman's antennae?
Perhaps because black males between 16 and 36, though only 2 percent to 3 percent of the population, are responsible for a third of all our crimes.
Listening to the heated rhetoric coming from demonstrations around the country, from the Black Caucus and TV talkers -- about how America is a terrifying place for young black males to grow up in because of the constant danger from white vigilantes -- one wonders what country of the mind these people are living in.
The real America is a country where the black crime rate is seven times as high as the white rate. It is a country where white criminals choose black victims in 3 percent of their crimes, but black criminals choose white victims in 45 percent of their crimes.
To much of America's black leadership and its media auxiliaries, what happened in Sanford, as Jackson put it, was that an innocent kid was "shot down in cold blood by a vigilante."
Yet, from police reports, witness statements and the father and friends of Zimmerman, another picture emerges.
Zimmerman followed Trayvon, confronted him, and was punched in the nose, knocked flat on his back and jumped on, getting his head pounded, when he pulled his gun and fired. That Trayvon's body was found face down, not face up, would tend to support this.
Some Sanford police believed Zimmerman; others did not.
But now that it is being investigated by a special prosecutor, the FBI, the Justice Department and a coming grand jury, what is the purpose of this venomous portrayal of Zimmerman?
And convicted of no crime, he is being crucified in the arena of public opinion as a hate-crime monster and murderer. Is this our idea of justice?
No. But if the purpose here is to turn this into a national black-white face-off, instead of a mutual search for truth and justice, it is succeeding marvelously well.

NYT Foiled Again

    Well its nice to be back bashing the so called leaders of the leftist print/lame stream media.This mornings lead OPED in this mornings New York Times "The Full-Employment Congress" is the title.
    Although I am not a big fan of US.Rep.and GOP Presidential candidate Ron Paul (R-Tx) but he does need support when the NYT attacks him.
    The rant begins "Representative Ron Paul’s signature libertarianism takes on a whole new meaning with the disclosure that he has paid more than $300,000 in salaries and fees to his daughter, brother, grandson, daughter’s mother-in-law, granddaughter and grandson-in-law. There is no Congressional ethics rule against employing family members in the pursuit of public service, as the office of Mr. Paul, Texas Republican and presidential candidate, points out.But a new report detailing how the families of more than half of all House members similarly benefited financially from their ties with a lawmaker makes for particularly interesting reading when politicians all over are promising voters: jobs, jobs, jobs."
  All fine and well but why arenot the Democrat lawmakers mentioned oh they conveinently left it out though.With the left wing media at times like the NYT it's not that they don't report the news its also when they leave out the facts and different parts that is just as bad as the liberal bias.
 Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Ca) her  Daughter: Christine Pelosi (former chief of staff for US Rep. John Tierney (D-Ma) my old Congressman from the Massachusett 6th Congressional so hey NYT a little more fact checking before you go to bat for your Demorat buddies.In fact other of Pelosi's family have Government hack jobs her Son: Paul Pelosi Jr. (President of San Francisco's Commission on the Environment) back in her district.
  Here is the rest of the BS rant "Eighty-two lawmakers paid family members through their office payrolls, campaign committees and political-action funds, according to the 346-page report by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics, an independent watchdog group in Washington. Forty-four had relatives who lobbied or worked in government affairs. Twenty members dipped into their campaign coffers to help a relative who ran for office, and 14 made sure they charged interest when they were reimbursed for personal loans that they advanced to their own campaign committees.

A little-noticed House hearing recently admitted that Congress, wallowing in 10 percent approval ratings, was “broken” and needed to be “fixed.” No one said anything about ending the rampant bipartisan nepotism cushioning Capitol Hill careers.

If nothing else, the report is a measure of the creativity quietly at work in Congress when it comes to hearth and home. If only this could be applied to something other than achieving full employment in the halls of the Capitol."

  I just wonder how many of those 82 lawmakers are Demorats and most of the are RINO Republicans

I hear crickets chirping from the NYT.
